The 5 factors the we use when reviewing sites are:

Models -This may be the most important element in our reviews and includes our opinion of the performers on the site. Ease of Use – Many web site designers fail to take human factors into account when building a site. We believe that a site that is well designed, easy to navigate, has clearly presented policies, and has a straight-forward sign-up mechanism is superior one that does not have these qualities.  A site that is well-designed and easy to use will be make for a better overall user experience.
